In 201, the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League dropped original league member Atwater Aviators and the Fresno Athletics while adding the Medford Rogues and Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox. All eight teams once again played 42 league games (plus non-league) in the California, Nevada and Oregon areas.

Top Speed Baseball (38-10 overall, 33-8 in league) won their fifth straight GSCBL Championship. Top Speed won the division by 3.5 games and lost to the Medford Rogues (39-14 overall, 30-12 in league) 10-5 in Game 1 only to come back to win the second game 8-1 and claim the title with an epic 7-6 win.
Playoffs "Big Stick" Award Winner presented by SAM BAT: Jake Sprinkle (Top Speed Baseball) was named Big Stick winner of the 2019 GSCBL Playoffs. Sprinkle hurled 6 1/3 innings of 1 run baseball to force a deciding Game 3 title game. The righty struck out 7 while only walking 1 in the victory.

Playoffs "Big Stick" Award Winner presented by SAM BAT: Dakota Phillips (Top Speed Baseball) was named Big Stick winner of the 2018 GSCBL Playoffs. In two games, Phillips hit 4 home runs, including three in Game 1. He also finished with 7 runs scored and 9 RBIs.

2016
In 2016, the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League saw one franchise leave the league and brought in two new franchises. The league decided to part ways with the Alameda Merchants, while adding the Klamath Falls Gems and California Bees. The Gems reside in Klamath Falls, Oregon and were previously a member of the West Coast League. The Bees are in their first season and are based out of Northern California.

Playoffs "Big Stick" Award Winner presented by SAM BAT: Grant St. Martin (Top Speed Baseball) was named Big Stick winner of the 2016 GSCBL Playoffs. In two games, St. Martin finished 2-for-6 with a home run, double and 2 RBIs. His home run came in dramatic fashion as St. Martin belted a game-tying HR in the 9th inning of Game 1 of the GSCBL best-of-3 championship series.
2015
In 2015, the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League saw two franchises leave the league and opted to not bring in any new franchises. The California Warriors decided to not run a collegiate program in 2015, while the league decided to not ask the Healdsburg Prune Packers back for another season.

Top Speed Baseball (43-6 overall, 25-2 in league) ran away with their first GSCBL Championship. Top Speed won the division by eight games and led the league in every major offensive and pitching category. In 2015, the league voted on no playoffs and the team with the best league record was claimed the champion.
2014
In 2014, the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League welcomed four franchises to the league, in addition to the five returning programs from 2013. The Auburn Wildcats and Tri-Valley Bercovich were the only teams not to return to the GSCBL in 2014.

The Alameda Merchants (28-23, 20-14) celebrated back-to-back GSCBL Championships with a 5-3 victory over Top Speed Baseball, as the No. 4 seed went undefeated in postseason play.
Playoffs Most Valuable Player: Michael Echavia (Alameda Merchants) was named MVP of the 2014 GSCBL Playoffs. In three games, the Alameda pitcher/outfielder posted some impressive numbers. Echavia finished 8-for-13, with 5 runs scored, a double, triple and 10 RBIs.

In 2013, the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League entered its first year of operation and fielded seven highly competitive teams in its inaugural season.

After losing Game 1 of the Golden State Collegiate Baseball League championship 8-4, the Alameda Merchants (31-13-1) bounced back and won the winner-take-all title game 7-5 over the Auburn Wildcats (22-22). With the victory, the Merchants claimed their first GSCBL Championship!
Playoffs Most Valuable Player: Joe Armstrong (Alameda Merchants) was named the MVP of the GSCBL playoffs. In four games, the Alameda shortstop posted some impressive numbers. Armstrong finished 8-for-18, with 10 runs scored, a double, triple and four RBIs. He also walked four times in four games.
