The Golden State Collegiate Baseball League (GSCBL) is proud to announce their All-League teams for the 2019 season. The following players were recognized as standouts among their respective teams and the GSCBL. Both league and overall statistics were used to determine All-League selections. The leagues Hitter of the Year, Pitcher of the Year and Manager of the Year award were voted for by the eight GSCBL franchises.

Co-Manager of the Year: Stan Switala (Top Speed Baseball)
2019 Record: 38-10 overall, 33-8 in league, GSCBL Champions
Co-Manager of the Year: Sean Gallagher (Medford Rogues)
2019 Record: 39-14 overall, 30-12 in league, GSCBL Runner-Up
